Newfoundland & Labrador consists of Labrador and the island of Newfoundland. It is located on the Atlantic coast. The province's population is estimated at 507, 475 by Statistics Canada (2007).

Residents of Newfoundland are called Newfoundlanders while residents of Labrador are called Labradorians.

This province is wild and isolated, with a rocky landscape. The residents of this province love to chat and are very warm and welcoming. The Newfoundlanders have their own dialects of the English and French language.
