Ontario
Ontario province is located in the central part of Canada. Ottawa which is the capital city of Canada is located in Ontario. Toronto which is the largest city, is the capital of Ontario. Ontario is bordered by Manitoba to the west, the US' states of Michigan, New York and Minnesota, and Quebec to the east. Ontario borders the four Great Lakes – Superior, Huron, Erie and Ontario.

According to Statistics Canada (2006), Ontario's population is an estimate 12,160,282.
Ontario has what is considered a temperate climate. It experience hot, humid summers and cold winters.
Ontario is Canada's leading manufacturing province contributing to almost 52% of the nations manufacturing shipments.
Ontario has numerous attractions that appeal to both foreign tourists as well as residents of Canada. Eastern Ontario has an appealing lakefront town – Kingston which is the gateway to the Thousand Islands of the St. Lawrence River.
Toronto is a world class city with numerous attractions and sights to see. Both natives and visitors enjoy the benefits of the rich cultural diversity. Toronto has accomplished a lot. It has expanded and developed its daring side while holding on to its traditional strengths.

Southwest Ontario is home to the famous the Niagara falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. This region is also home to Hamilton city which boasts historic sites and amazing botanical gardens.
Northern Ontario is marked by its vast wilderness. Its landscape anf forests of old-growth pine and numerous lakes is a great destination for visitors. Northern Ontario is home to Georgian Bay and the Algoquin Provincial Park.
